The Worthing & District Football League is an amateur football league based in Sussex, England. It was founded in 1903 and currently has 4 divisions, with the Premier Division being at the 11th level of the English football pyramid.

The league is affiliated to the Sussex County FA and its headquarters are in Worthing. The current champions are AFC Broadwater.

History

The Worthing & District Football League was founded in 1903 and originally had just one division. The league expanded to two divisions in 1920 and to three divisions in 1950. The Premier Division was introduced in 1992.

The league has been won by a number of clubs over the years, including Worthing Town, Lancing, and Rustington.

Current Structure

The Worthing & District Football League currently has 4 divisions:

• Premier Division
• Division One
• Division Two
• Division Three

The Premier Division has 16 teams, Division One has 14 teams, Division Two has 12 teams, and Division Three has 10 teams.

Current Season

The 2022-23 season is currently underway. The Premier Division leaders are AFC Broadwater, followed by Boys Brigade Old Boys and Clarendon Athletic.
