Read more →The Worthing & District Football League is an amateur football league based in Sussex, England. It was founded in 1921 and currently has four divisions: Premier Division, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three.
The league is affiliated to the Sussex County Football Association and is at the 11th level of the English football pyramid. The champions of the Premier Division are promoted to the Sussex County League Division One, while the bottom two teams in each division are relegated.
The Worthing & District Football League was founded in 1921 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The first season of the league consisted of 10 teams, and the champions were Broadwater United.
