Last season before the transition from Maypole to Shirley Town we survived relegation with only 14 points this season we have done so much in a short space of time. So lets take a reality check and commend ourselves on a great start to the season. Cadbury up next and another hard game.We need to finish of in the final third and gamble more in front of goal.Still top of the league and with some of the best coaches in the CWYL helping the lads out this season.
It was also nice to know that Both Birmingham City and Wolverhampton Wanderers made enquiries about Shirley players after the game.
