Very nice game down in OB last weekend. Grass was uneven at best! Unfortunately Persepolis didn’t bring their best player Lawrence, and Ryan thought they moved their better players out of the defense into the middle, so in came the goal fest! It started early…probably about 5-10 minutes into the game:
01– Ryan #2 with a dope put down header from a screaming cross by Alan
02 – Ryan #2 with a tap in off a nice cross by Martin
03 – Carlos with a PK (assisted by Andy)
04 – Martin (assist by Carlos)
05 – Carlos (assist ?)
06 – Andy with a tap in with a nice assist by Martin
07 – Martin with a rocket on the 6 yard line after the snap header by Ryan #2 was saved
You could say we won because of our defense. I think we won because we out-hustled them. Looks like we really won because we scored a lot of goals on them! This week, it was co-men0of-the-match

The MOM for the other team was Ryan #4 (who plays with our team in tourneys) – he had about 20 decent saves to keep this game ‘close’?!?
In other fun news: Colin is the proud father of Ryder Cade, who was born Oct 9th, 9 lbs & 21.5 Inches. Ryder is wearing board shorts over his diaper!
