In a very tighty match, Beacon Stars suffered there first loss 0-2, but Beacon had the chances to win the game, especially after being awarded a penalty in the 25 minute for hand-ball. Jamie stepped up and blasted it over the bar!!. Beacon went 1-0 down after just 4 minutes after a lapse of concentration in defence lead to Spotscos number nine calmly slotting in from close range, After that Beacon rallyed and could have scored through Jamie but his effort went wide. A late goal with 4 minutes left after another lapse at the back sealed it for the vistors. Dissapointing result, but the lads can feel proud of there performance.
