The league maintains a complete set of rules, updated annually at their AGM, which includes adherence to the FA Standard Code of Youth Rules to ensure fair and safe play for all participants. These guidelines cover everything from match regulations to player safety, including specific advice on heading the ball—demonstrating the league's commitment to player welfare.

Beyond regular season play, the WDYFL offers resources for team managers, referee reporting systems, and maintains archived records dating back to the 2009 season. With over 400 followers on social media, the league continues to be an important part of the community, bringing together young players, coaches, and families across the district.
