Season Details
The league plays a 10-game season, with each team playing each other team once. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to Division 3, and the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 5.
The season runs from September to April. Matches are played on Mondays at 7:30pm.

To join the league, you must contact Willows Sports Centre and complete a team registration form. The annual membership fee is £100 per team.
