Welsh National League Division One

The Welsh National League Division One is an amateur rugby union league in Wales. It is the third tier of the Welsh rugby union league system, below the WRU National Championship and above the WRU Division 2 East and WRU Division 2 West.

The league was formed in 1990/91 as part of a restructure of the Welsh rugby union league system. It is currently sponsored by Admiral.

Season 2022/23

The current season, 2022/23, began on 2 September 2023 and is scheduled to end on 22 April 2023. The champions will be promoted to the WRU National Championship, while the bottom two teams will be relegated to the WRU Division 2 East and WRU Division 2 West.
