About Triangle Adult Soccer League
Read more →The Triangle Adult Soccer League (TASL) is the largest adult soccer league in North Carolina. It was founded in 1979 and offers leagues for men, women, and coed players of all skill levels. TASL plays three seasons per year: spring, fall, and summer heat.
The spring and fall seasons each consist of 10-12 games, while the summer heat season is shorter with 6 games. All games are played on weeknights and weekends at various fields in the Triangle area.
TASL offers divisions for players of all skill levels, from beginner to competitive. The divisions are divided into men's, women's, and coed leagues. There are also divisions for different age groups, such as 21 and over, 30 and over, and 40 and over.
