The Sussex County Division Two is an amateur football league in England. It is the fourth tier of the Sussex County Football League, and is currently composed of 14 clubs.

The Sussex County Division Two was formed in 1922, as the second division of the Sussex County Football League. The league was originally composed of 12 clubs, but this has since increased to 14.

The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, including Eastbourne Town, Peacehaven & Telscombe, and Horsham.
