The Surrey Primary League U18 Premier is an amateur football league for under-18 players in Surrey, England. It is the top division of the Surrey Primary League, and is administered by the Surrey FA.

The league was founded in 1995, and currently consists of 16 teams. The teams play each other home and away, and the top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Surrey Youth Football League.
