About Superliga

Introduction

The Superliga is an amateur football league in Denmark, consisting of 12 teams. It is the third tier of the Danish football league system, below the Danish Superliga and the 1st Division.

The league was founded in 1958 and is currently governed by the Danish Arbejder Idrætsforbund (DAI). The winner of the league is promoted to the 1st Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Danmarksserien.
