The Star Amateur Football League is an amateur football league in Ghana. It was founded in 1950 and is currently the oldest and most successful amateur football league in the country.

The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The Premier Division is the top division and consists of the 16 best teams in the league. The Division One is the second division and consists of the next 16 best teams in the league.

The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division once, home and away. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the Ghana Premier League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division One.
