Série A ???? is an amateur football league in Italy. It is the fourth tier of the Italian football league system, below Serie C, Serie D, and Eccellenza. The league is divided into six regional groups, each of which consists of 18 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each group at the end of the season are promoted to Serie D, while the bottom two teams in each group are relegated to Eccellenza.

Série A ???? was founded in 1999 as the Campionato Nazionale Dilettanti. The league was renamed to Série A ???? in 2014.

The current season of Série A ???? is the 2022-23 season. The season began on 19 August 2022 and is scheduled to end on 14 May 2023. The current champions are Rende Calcio.
