The Sparkassen Kreisoberliga is the highest football league in the district of Oberhavel, Brandenburg, Germany. It is a sixth-tier league in the German football league system. The league was founded in 1990 after the reunification of Germany.
The current champions of the Sparkassen Kreisoberliga are SV Zehdenick, who won the league in the 2022-23 season.
