Southern Elite LOI u17 Football League

The Southern Elite LOI u17 Football League is an amateur football league in Ireland for under-17 players. It is one of two elite under-17 leagues in Ireland, along with the Northern Elite LOI u17 Football League.

The league was founded in 2015 and is currently contested by 10 teams:

• Cork City
• Dundalk
• Limerick
• Shelbourne
• St Patrick's Athletic
• Sligo Rovers
• Waterford

The league season runs from August to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams at the end of the season qualify for the UEFA Youth League, the premier youth club competition in Europe.

The current champions are Cork City, who won the title in 2022.
