The Sasa League is an amateur football league in Ghana. It was founded in 1967 and is currently the oldest and largest amateur football league in the country.

The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the First Division. The Premier Division consists of 16 teams, while the First Division consists of 12 teams.

The season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the Ghana Premier League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the First Division.
