The Russell Foster Mini Soccer League is an amateur football league for children and young people in the North East of England. It was founded in 1996 and currently has over 100 teams playing in a variety of age groups.

The league is affiliated to the Durham County Football Association and all teams must abide by its rules and regulations. The league also has its own code of conduct, which all players, coaches and officials are expected to adhere to.

The Russell Foster Mini Soccer League is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. It has a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination and bullying.
