Regional development league Midlands

The Ishmen League Midlands is an amateur football league in the Midlands region of England. It is one of the divisions of the Ishmen League, which is a collection of regional leagues at the ninth and tenth levels of the English football league system.

The Ishmen League Midlands was founded in 1989 and currently consists of 20 teams. The teams are divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Isthmian League South Central Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division One. The top two teams in the Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Isthmian League South East Division.
