Read more →Oost 4D is an amateur football league in the Netherlands. It is a part of the KNVB, the Royal Dutch Football Association. The league is based in the Oost district of Amsterdam.
The league was founded in 1970. It currently has 18 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Oost 3D league. The bottom two teams are relegated to the Oost 5D league.
Oost 4D has been won by a number of teams over the years. The most successful team is DWV, which has won the league 10 times. Other successful teams include De Dijk, SVA, and BVC.
