About NRF Veterans
Read more →The NRF Veterans Football League is an amateur football league for players over the age of 35 in the Northern Region of New Zealand. The league was founded in 2003 and currently has over 40 teams competing in three divisions.
The NRF Veterans Football League follows the rules of the New Zealand Football Federation, with some modifications to accommodate the older players. For example, there is no offside rule in the NRF Veterans Football League.
The NRF Veterans Football League season runs from February to September. Each team plays each other team in their division once, for a total of 12 games. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs.
