The Northampton Sunday Conference Football League is an amateur football league in Northamptonshire, England. It is the top division of the Nene Sunday League, and is currently in its 52nd season. The league consists of 16 teams, and each team plays each other twice, once at home and once away.

The current champions are Wellingborough Town, who won the title in the 2022-23 season. The most successful team in the league's history is Northampton Town Old Boys, who have won the title 12 times.
