Norfolk Combined Youth Football League

The Norfolk Combined Youth Football League (NCYFL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 6 to 18 in Norfolk and North Suffolk.

The league was formed in June 2016, and is an amalgamation of previous leagues based across the region. It currently has over 660 teams and 8,780 players.

League Structure

The NCYFL is divided into a number of divisions, based on the age and ability of the players. The top division is the Premier Division, followed by the First Division, Second Division, and so on. There are also a number of cup competitions held throughout the season.

The league uses a promotion and relegation system, so that the best teams move up the divisions and the weakest teams move down.

In addition to the league itself, the NCYFL also runs a number of cup competitions, including:

• The 4sports Trophy
• The Norfolk Junior Cup
• The Norfolk Intermediate Cup
• The Norfolk Senior Cup

The Kappa Cup and the 4sports Trophy are open to teams in the Premier and First Divisions. The Norfolk Junior Cup is open to teams in the Second and Third Divisions. The Norfolk Intermediate Cup is open to teams in the Fourth and Fifth Divisions. The Norfolk Senior Cup is open to teams in the Sixth and Seventh Divisions.
