The Milton Keynes & District Development League (MKDDL) is an amateur football league for youth teams in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. The league was founded in 1999 and currently has over 100 teams competing in age groups from U7 to U18.

The MKDDL is split into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One. The Premier Division has 18 teams, while Division One has 16 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the Spartan South Midlands League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Milton Keynes & District Junior League.

The 2022-23 season was won by Stony Stratford Town U18s, who finished the season unbeaten. The runners-up were Bletchley Town U18s, and the third-placed team was Milton Keynes Dons U18s.
