About Mercian Festival Junior Football League
Read more →The Mercian Festival Junior Football League is a football league for children aged 5-16 years old in the West Midlands, England. The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 1,000 players registered.
The league is divided into three divisions: U6, U8, and U10-U16. Each division has a number of teams, which play each other home and away during the season. The top teams in each division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winners of the playoffs being crowned champions.
The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Mercian Festival Cup, the Mercian Junior Cup, and the Mercian Festival Trophy. These competitions are open to all teams in the league, and provide an opportunity for teams to win silverware.
