Read more →MAN v FAT Football XI's is an amateur football league for men with a BMI of 27.5 or over. The league was founded in 2014 by Matt Cole, who wanted to create a way for men to lose weight and get fit through playing football.
The league now has over 100 teams playing across England, Scotland, and Wales. Players pay a monthly fee to participate, which covers the cost of referees, pitches, and insurance.
The league is not just about losing weight. It is also about having fun and making friends. Players are encouraged to support each other on their weight loss journey, and there are regular social events organized by the league.
