Read more →LIGA PROM is an amateur football league in Spain. It is the third tier of Spanish football, below La Liga and Segunda División. The league was founded in 1980 and is currently composed of 80 teams divided into four groups.
LIGA PROM was founded in 1980 as the Tercera División. The league was renamed LIGA PROM in 2016.
The LIGA PROM season runs from September to June. Each team plays each other team in their group twice, once at home and once away. The top four teams in each group qualify for the promotion playoffs. The winner of the promotion playoffs is promoted to Segunda División RFEF.
