The Leicestershire Foxes Sunday League was founded in 1990. The original purpose of the league was to provide a competitive environment for under-11 and under-12 teams in Leicestershire.
The league has grown significantly since its inception. In the 2022-23 season, there were over 100 teams competing in the league.
