Read more →The Kingdom of Fife AFA is an amateur football league competition for clubs in the Fife peninsula of Scotland. The league was created in 2017 with the merger of the Kingdom Caledonian Amateur Football Association and Fife Amateur Football Association. The association is affiliated to the Scottish Amateur Football Association and currently has 33 clubs across three divisions.
The Kingdom of Fife AFA was formed in 2017 with the merger of the Kingdom Caledonian Amateur Football Association and Fife Amateur Football Association. The Kingdom Caledonian Amateur Football Association was founded in 1920, while the Fife Amateur Football Association was founded in 1923.
The merger was the result of a number of factors, including the declining number of clubs in both leagues and the desire to create a more competitive and sustainable league structure.
