The Isle of Wight Division 3 is an amateur football league in the Isle of Wight, England. It is part of the Isle of Wight Football Association Saturday League, which is a division of the Hampshire Football Association.

The league consists of 12 teams, which play each other once in a home and away fixture. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to Division 2, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 4.
