About Inner London Football League
Read more →The Inner London Football League (ILFL) is an amateur football league based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 100 teams competing in its Sunday, Monday, and Thursday leagues.
The ILFL was founded in 1972 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league initially consisted of just a few teams, but it has since grown to become one of the largest amateur football leagues in London.
The ILFL has a long history of promoting social inclusion and community cohesion. The league is open to all teams, regardless of their age, gender, or ethnicity. The ILFL also runs a number of initiatives to encourage young people to get involved in football.
