The Hull Boys Sunday League Football was founded in 1967 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just a few teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams competing in a variety of age groups.
The league is affiliated with the Football Association and its teams compete in the FA Vase and the FA Youth Cup. The league has also produced a number of professional footballers, including Hull City players like Andy Dawson and Ryan Mason.
