About Hinckley Leisure 5-A-Side Sunday League
Read more →The Hinckley Leisure 5-A-Side Sunday League is an amateur football league based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. It was founded in 2005 and currently has over 30 teams competing in three divisions. The league plays its matches at the Hinckley Leisure Centre on Sunday evenings.
The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division once, with the top two teams in each division being promoted and the bottom two teams being relegated. The season culminates in a play-off competition to determine the overall champions.
The league plays by the FA 5-a-side Laws of the Game. The most important rules are as follows:
