The Harrow Sunday Challenge League is an amateur football league based in Harrow, London. It was founded in 1974 and currently consists of 14 teams in the Intermediate Division.

The league is played on a Sunday afternoons, with each team playing each other twice during the season. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Reserve Division.

The Intermediate Division is a competitive league, with many of the teams fielding former professional footballers. The current champions are Eastcote Rangers, who won the title in 2022.
