The Gwent County Football League is an amateur football league in South Wales, England. It is affiliated to the Football Association of Wales and is divided into three divisions: the Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two.
The league was founded in 1894 and is currently made up of 56 clubs. The current champions are Cwmbran Celtic, who won the Premier Division title in the 2022-23 season.
The Gwent County Football League was founded in 1894 as the Monmouthshire Football League. It was renamed the Gwent County Football League in 1974.
The league has been won by a number of clubs over the years, including Newport County, Ebbw Vale Town, and Caerphilly Town.
The league has also produced a number of professional footballers, including Craig Bellamy, Gareth Bale, and Joe Allen.
The 2022-23 season is the current season of the Gwent County Football League. The Premier Division title is currently being contested by Cwmbran Celtic, Newport City, and Abergavenny Town.
