The Football Central Sunday Amateur Football League (FCSAFL) is an amateur football league based in Glasgow, Scotland. It was founded in 1978 as the Glasgow Sunday AFL and renamed the Sunday Central AFL at the beginning of season 2010/11.
The FCSAFL currently has 20 teams competing in three divisions: the Premiership, the Championship, and the Lanarkshire Premier Division. The season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other once in a round-robin format.
The FCSAFL is a competitive league with a strong focus on sportsmanship and fair play. The league is affiliated with the Scottish Amateur Football Association (SAFA) and adheres to its rules and regulations.
The FCSAFL is open to all players aged 16 and over. There are no trials or tryouts, and all players are welcome to join.
The league is also committed to providing a fun and enjoyable experience for all players. There are social events throughout the season, and the league encourages players to get involved in the community.
The Premiership is the top division in the FCSAFL. It is contested by the 10 best teams in the league.
The Championship is the second division in the FCSAFL. It is contested by the 10 teams that did not finish in the top 10 of the Premiership.
The Lanarkshire Premier Division is a regional division for teams in Lanarkshire. It is contested by 6 teams.
