About Fit Football UK
Read more →Fit Football UK is an amateur football league for adults of all fitness levels. It was founded in 2010 by two friends who wanted to create a more inclusive and accessible way to play football.
Fit Football UK leagues are held all over the UK, with over 100,000 players registered. There are leagues for men, women, and mixed teams, as well as leagues for different age groups.
The cost of playing in a Fit Football UK league is very affordable, and there are no trials or tryouts required. All you need to do is sign up and show up on match day.
