About FA Girls' England Talent Pathway
Read more →The FA Girls' England Talent Pathway (ETP) is a national football development programme for girls aged 11-19 years old. It is designed to identify and develop talented players who have the potential to represent England at senior level.
The ETP is divided into three levels:
The ETP is open to all girls, regardless of their background or ability. Players are selected for the ETP based on their talent, potential and commitment.
