Essex County Schools & Colleges U19 League
The Essex County Schools & Colleges U19 League is an amateur football league for under-19 players in Essex, England. It is affiliated to the Football Association (FA).
The league was founded in 1993 and currently consists of 10 divisions:
- Division 1 A
- Division 1 B
- Division 2 East
- Division 2 West
- Division 3 East
- Division 3 West
- The Jeff Saxton Open Cup
- 1st Division Coomer Trophy
- 2nd Divison Cup
- 3rd Division Cup
The league season runs from September to April, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next lower division.
The league cup competitions are played in the knockout format. The Jeff Saxton Open Cup is open to all teams in the league, while the 1st Division Coomer Trophy is only open to teams in Division 1 A.
