About East Manchester Junior Football League
Read more →The East Manchester Junior Football League (EMJFL) is an amateur football league in East Manchester, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 300 teams playing in its leagues.
The EMJFL has a pyramid structure with leagues for teams of all ages and abilities. The top league is the Premier Division, followed by the First Division, Second Division, and Third Division. There are also leagues for girls' teams and disability teams.
The season runs from September to April, with each team playing 12-14 games per season. The top teams in each league qualify for the playoffs at the end of the season.
