The Dundee Midlands Amateur League (DMAL) is an amateur football league in Dundee, Scotland. It was founded in 1967 and currently has 1 team playing across 1 division.

The DMAL was founded in 1967 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just 6 teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams participating.

The DMAL is divided into several divisions, with the top division being the Alliance Championship. The winners of the Alliance Championship are promoted to the Tayside Amateur Football Association (TAFA) Premier League.
