Duchy 2

Introduction

Duchy 2 is an amateur football league in the United Kingdom. It is the second tier of the Duchy League system, below the Duchy 1 League. The league consists of 20 teams, which play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Duchy 1 League, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the Duchy 3 League.

History

Duchy 2 was founded in 1992 as the Duchy Division Two. The league was renamed to Duchy 2 in 2005. The current champions are the Ashby Town Reserves, who won the league in the 2022-23 season.
