Introduction

Chase Holmes South Tyneside is an amateur football league based in South Tyneside, England. It was founded in 2002 and currently has over 40 teams competing in various divisions.

The league is affiliated to the North East Counties Football League and its teams compete in the Wearside League, the Northern Football Alliance and the Northern Alliance.

History

Chase Holmes South Tyneside was founded in 2002 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just 10 teams but has grown steadily over the years.

The league has been successful in providing competitive football for players of all abilities. It has also helped to develop many young players who have gone on to play at a higher level.

Current season

The current season is the 2022-2023 season. The league is divided into four divisions: Premier Division, Division One, Division Two and Division Three.

The top two teams in the Premier Division will be promoted to the Wearside League. The bottom two teams in the Premier Division will be relegated to Division One.

The top two teams in Division One will be promoted to the Premier Division. The bottom two teams in Division One will be relegated to Division Two.

The top two teams in Division Two will be promoted to Division One. The bottom two teams in Division Two will be relegated to Division Three.
