The Cayman Islands Sunday Football League (CISFL) is an amateur association football competition in the Cayman Islands. It was founded in 1981 and is currently composed of 8 teams playing across 2 divisions.

History

The CISFL was founded in 1981 by a group of football enthusiasts who wanted to create a competitive league for amateur players. The league initially consisted of 4 teams, but it has since grown to 8 teams.

The CISFL has been dominated by a few teams over the years. Salty's FC has won the league championship 10 times, while OtisAir Wanderers has won it 6 times.

Current Season

The current season of the CISFL began on October 2, 2022 and is scheduled to end on May 7, 2023. The teams competing in the league this season are:

Competitions

The CISFL organizes two competitions: the league championship and the Cayman Physiotherapy Cup. The league championship is a round-robin competition, with each team playing each other team twice. The team with the most points at the end of the season is the champion.

The Cayman Physiotherapy Cup is a knockout competition. The teams are seeded and drawn against each other in a single-elimination format. The winner of the cup is the Cayman Physiotherapy Cup champion.
