The Carlow District Amateur Football League (CDAFL) is an amateur football league based in Carlow, Ireland.
It was founded in 1925 and currently has over 50 clubs affiliated to it. The CDAFL runs a number of competitions, including the Premier Division, First Division, Second Division, and Junior Division.
The CDAFL was founded in 1925 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The inaugural season consisted of just four teams, but the league has grown steadily over the years and now has over 50 clubs affiliated to it.
The CDAFL has a long and proud history, and has produced some of the best footballers in Ireland. Former Republic of Ireland internationals such as Pat Bonner, Kevin Moran, and Paul McGrath all played their underage football in the CDAFL.
The CDAFL runs a number of competitions, including the Premier Division, First Division, Second Division, and Junior Division. The Premier Division is the top tier of competition, and is contested by the best clubs in the county.
The CDAFL also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Carlow Cup, the Carlow Shield, and the Carlow Junior Cup.
