The Cannock League Division 4 is an amateur football league in Cannock, Staffordshire, England. It is the fourth tier of the Cannock League, below Division 3, Division 2, and Division 1.

The league was founded in 2000 and currently consists of 10 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away, for a total of 18 matches each season.

The current season of the Cannock League Division 4 began on 23 August 2023 and is scheduled to end on 13 May 2024. The current table is as follows:
