Introduction

The Brighton And Hove District Football League is an amateur football league in England. It is based in the Brighton and Hove metropolitan area, and consists of teams from Brighton, Hove, and Worthing.

The league was founded in 1903, and currently has five divisions. The Premier Division is at the top of the pyramid, and is at level 12 of the English football league system.

The league is affiliated to the Sussex County Football Association.

History

The Brighton And Hove District Football League was founded in 1903. The original league had just two divisions, but this expanded to ten divisions by 1967.

In recent years, the number of clubs in the league has declined, and the league was reduced to just two divisions between 2011 and 2013. However, a merger with the Worthing & District League was completed in 2015, and the league now has five divisions.

Current Season

The current season of the Brighton And Hove District Football League is 2023-2024. The Premier Division is currently being led by Boys Brigade Old Boys First.
