The Blackburn Combination Football League is a football league based in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. It was founded in 1902 and currently consists of two divisions, the Red Rose Dry Lining Premier Division and the Peter Benson Plywood Second Division.

The league is affiliated to the Lancashire Football Association and its headquarters are at Pleasington Playing Fields in Blackburn. The current champions are Blackburn United, who won the Red Rose Dry Lining Premier Division in the 2022-23 season.

The Blackburn Combination Football League was founded in 1902 by a group of local football clubs. The original name of the league was the Blackburn and District Football Combination. The league has undergone several changes in its history, including the introduction of a second division in 1972.
