The league was founded in 2015 by Billy Fletcher, a local businessman and football enthusiast. The league has grown rapidly since then and now has over 20 teams participating.
The league is divided into two divisions, North and South. Each division has 10 teams. The teams play each other once in the regular season. The top four teams in each division qualify for the playoffs. The winners of the playoffs are the champions of the Billy Fletcher Under 11 Myton.
