Read more →Avd. 01 is an amateur football league based in the Netherlands. It is one of the oldest amateur football leagues in the country, having been founded in 1922. The league currently consists of 10 teams, which play each other home and away. The season runs from September to May.
Avd. 01 was founded in 1922 by a group of friends who wanted to play football together. The league initially consisted of just 4 teams, but it has since grown to its current size. Avd. 01 has won the Dutch Amateur Football Championship 10 times, most recently in 2019.
